Personal Art Exhibition

Comfort is a powerful way of recharging and preparing yourself to re-engage with the world. When I moved away from home I had to find a way to create the comfort I had left behind. This exhibition mirrors my journey of accepting the challenges of relocation, and portrays relatable feelings and thoughts reflecting on the experience of moving away from home. I carried the idea of comfort cohesively through my body of work by depicting true life experiences. The art room has become a place of comfort over the past two years, a refuge from the changes my life underwent, which stemmed the idea for my body of work.
